- How do I earn rewards?
Shoptricity badges are awarded to shoppers who successfully fulfill the badge requirements.
Once the badge is earned, the reward is automatically given to the shopper.

- How is my private information used?
Your private information is only used to allow Shoptricity.com to communicate with you when needed and to submit payments to you when applicable.
- When do I get my Shoptricity cash back payment?
Cash back rewards are paid out every 3 months with a quarterly check for rewards earned in the previous quarter. The minimum balance required to receive a check is $30.00.

- How quickly is cash back credited to my account?
Most cash back rewards are credited within 48 hours. However, sometimes it can take up to 30 days because the cash back credit is not received until the return period has elapsed.
- How can I get paid?
You can choose one of two methods for receiving your cash back rewards.
- Check - We will mail a check to you with your cash back rewards.
- Paypal - We will deposit money into your verified Paypal account.
To change these settings, please visit your account page.
- What is a supported website?
A supported website is one that Shoptricity has integrated into the Shoptricity Mozilla Firefox Addon.
- I didn't earn a commission on a purchase, what do I do?
If you purchased a product and did not earn cash back on that purchase please contact info@shoptricity.com.
Please include the date of purchase, the website from which you purchased it, the item you purchased, and your Shoptricity username found in your profile section.
This information will help us track down the purchase and credit it back to your account.
